This is the second partnership to come from the two AT&T-owned companies in the past month. The integration of Boomerang into VRVвЂ™s selection of OTT channels is a result of AT&TвЂ™s acquisition of Time Warner and Ellation parent company Otter Media, which took place earlier this year.
